	谷氨酸钠，5’-呈味核苷酸二钠
	直接加入食品中 1、肉制品--直接与辅料一起加入。 2、海产品、冷冻调理食品--直接与其它辅料均匀加入。 3、调味品及腌渍食品（酱类、酱瓜、榨菜等）--直接加入。 4、休闲食品、膨化食品、咸式饼干--直接拌入食品内搅匀。 5、快餐及罐头食品--直接加入。
	熟肉制品、预制肉制品、冷冻水产品及其制品、膨化食品、复合调味料、焙烤食品、豆干再制品、方便米面制品等 1、需改善制品呈味效果，使其更具有鲜味和良好风味的产品。 2、需降低成本，使用更加方便。 3、需经高温处理，会失去鲜味的产品。
