Accurate Product Descriptions: Ensure the Category and name of the product precisely match the parcel contents. Avoid using general terms.

Declare the Danger Level: Specify if the goods are simple, contain liquids, or have batteries. Indicate if the parcel includes well-known brands.

Real Value and Quantity: Declare the true value and quantity of the goods. Customs officials may stop the parcel to verify the declared value against invoices.

Customs clearance process
● Parcels under $50 may be exempt from clearance at the discretion of the customs inspector.
● Shipments are cleared as a whole per MAWB/Manifest, not individually.
● Customs duties are calculated based on invoice value and sent to customers via email.
● High-value shipments ($20 and above) are subject to duties. E-invoices for customs duties are sent to customers' registered emails.
● Payments are updated on the Skynet tracking system.

Provide your user ID number to sellers and include it on boxes. This ensures warehouse specialists can identify your goods. Unidentified goods are stored for 1 month before disposal.

Branded goods are not delivered to Nigeria. Verify if your shipment is branded before purchase. If branded goods arrive at the warehouse, return them to the seller or another warehouse.
