Meest China, the leader in the delivery of postal parcels from China, has established itself as a reliable partner of international transportation. The company having its own warehouse and team in China, Japan and Korea, provides a number of additional warehouse services (consolidation, segregation of parcels, repacking, photo shooting, etc.).

Meest China Shop is a shopping assistance service for purchasing goods at marketplaces, implemented by Meest China. It allows our customers to buy products from such popular domestic marketplaces in China as Taobao, 1688, Tmall, Pinduoduo, POIZON.

The Meest China structure includes a special department that deals exclusively with Meest China Shop and helps customers buy goods as comfortably, quickly and reliably as possible.

This team's mission is taking care of all types of communication with sellers, placing orders, resolving all issues that arise during the purchasing and informing the customers about all changes made.

There are two ways to place your order:

Placing an order, using the link and catalogue

If you have a link to goods from popular Chinese marketplaces, such as Taobao, Tmall, or 1688, you can place an order directly in your Meest China personal account. This method of placing an order significantly reduces the time required to order goods in China.

Log in to your Meest China personal account and go to the Shopping Assistance tab. Click on the Create order button or BUY PER LINK.
To add goods to your order, click Add Product.
Fill in all the fields and select the required warehouse services.
Check the product details and click Create Order button.

Placing an order at Meest China Shop

Registration

We recommend that you first register on https://meest.cn/. Registration is a prerequisite for placing your order.
Next, go to the "Go Shopping" section and select the product you want to order.

When adding a product to your shopping cart, please pay attention to the seller's characteristics, photos, and product descriptions. If it is more convenient for you to place an order, using the link in your personal account, the "View" button on Taobao will redirect you to the original link of this product on Taobao. You can also find real customer reviews there.

To have your goods checked with photo report made, click on the "Add Service" button and as soon as the purchased product arrives at the Meest China warehouse, you will be sent the verification results.

Besides, you may add comments to your order/product in the shopping cart.

Please note that the shopping cart is divided into Taobao and 1688 products, which will be placed in one order.

After adding the order to your personal account, you must pay for it, and the manager providing shopping assistance services will start registering your order for the selected product.

We purchase all orders within a day and wait for the seller to provide the track number and forward the order to our warehouse.

Please note that the seller must provide the track number within 7 days from the date of placing the order. If the seller fails to provide the track number, the funds will be returned to your account balance within three days.

Congratulations! You have successfully placed your order on the selected marketplace, register it and prepare for sending to your favourites.
